Islamic wills service
Date: 5th November 2009

The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: “It is the duty of a Muslim who has anything to bequeath not to let two nights pass without including it in his Will (wasiyya).”

The only way for Muslims who wish for their estate is distributed according to the shares stipulated in the Quran on their death, rather than Scots laws of intestacy, is to have a will in place to that effect.

The Scottish-Islamic Foundation are pleased to offer a will writing service which will achieve this and is valid under Scots law.

The cost of a single will is £109, while a mirror will for couples is £199. All proceeds will help SIF carry on its work of building bridges between Muslims and others.

Simply fill in this fact find form and return to us.
